How do I determine my correct size in imogene + willie denim?
We provide a detailed size guide for every fit on our product pages. Since we use premium raw and rigid denim, we recommend measuring a pair of jeans you already love and comparing those dimensions to our size chart.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that have been hemmed or customized are final sale.
Do you offer complimentary hemming services?
Yes, we offer chain-stitch hemming on all new pairs of imogene + willie jeans. You can specify your desired inseam length at the time of purchase, but please remember that hemmed jeans cannot be returned.
How should I care for my raw denim?
To preserve the color and integrity of the fabric, we recommend washing as infrequently as possible. When necessary, hand wash cold with a mild detergent and hang to dry. Never put your denim in the dryer.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
