Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the shipment arrives at our Nashville studio.
